Termite Treatment Services in Nagpur
Termites - locally known as deemak - cause structural damage that is often invisible until furniture, door frames or wooden beams are already compromised. Our anti-termite treatment uses soil drilling and wood injection to eliminate the colony at its source, not just the visible activity.
Monsoon Soil Moisture Is the Single Biggest Termite Driver Here
Termites thrive in soil with consistent moisture, which makes Nagpur particularly vulnerable during and after the monsoon. The clay-rich soil in older localities like Mahal, Itwari and Dharampeth retains water long after the rains end, giving subterranean termite colonies exactly the conditions they need to expand. Most of the termite damage we inspect in Nagpur bungalows traces back to untreated soil moisture from a previous rainy season that was never addressed.
Post-construction termite treatment involves drilling into the plinth (the concrete strip at the base of the building), injecting termiticide into the soil channel below, and then treating any exposed timber with a protective wood treatment. The drilled holes are sealed after treatment. For new construction, we also offer pre-construction soil treatment before the slab is poured, which is more thorough and less disruptive.

How Termite Treatment Works
Inspection & Assessment
We inspect plinth, door frames, wooden furniture and ceiling for mud tubes, frass (termite droppings) and hollow-sounding wood to map the infestation extent.
Soil Drilling
We drill at regular intervals around the perimeter of affected areas to create injection channels into the soil where the termite colony lives.
Termiticide Injection
Government-approved slow-transfer termiticide is injected into the soil channels. This spreads through the colony over 2-3 weeks, eliminating it at the source.
Wood Treatment
Exposed or affected timber is treated with a wood-protection spray to prevent new entry and protect the remaining wood structure.

Why Choose Our Termite Treatment
Honest Inspection First
We map the full extent of the infestation before recommending a treatment, so you are not paying for unnecessary drilling.
Slow-Transfer Termiticide
We use termiticides that spread through the colony slowly, eliminating it completely rather than just repelling surface termites.
Written Warranty
Every post-construction treatment includes a written warranty on the work done.
Pre & Post-Construction
We handle both pre-slab treatment for new builds and post-construction treatment for existing homes.
What Nagpur Residents Say
“We had visible mud tubes along our main door frame. The team explained exactly where they would drill and why before starting. Six months later, zero activity.”
“Pre-construction termite treatment for our new flat in Manewada. Documentation provided for the bank, which required proof of treatment.”
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if I have termites and not just wood damage from moisture?
Termites leave specific signs: mud tubes (pencil-thick earth tunnels along walls or door frames), hollow-sounding wood when tapped, and small wings near window sills after monsoon. Moisture damage looks different - it causes wood to swell or crack but does not leave mud tubes. If you are unsure, call us for a free inspection.
Is termite treatment messy or disruptive?
Drilling creates small holes (about 12mm diameter) at regular intervals along the plinth. These are sealed after treatment. There is minimal dust and no strong smell. Most families stay home during treatment.
How long does the treatment take?
A standard 2BHK post-construction treatment takes 3-5 hours. Larger properties or heavily infested sites take longer.
Does the treatment warranty cover future termite activity?
The warranty covers re-infestation at treated points during the warranty period. New entry points that develop after treatment (e.g., through new cracks) may require a fresh assessment.
Can termites come back after treatment?
Subterranean termites can re-enter from untreated soil or from neighbouring properties. We recommend a termite inspection as part of any AMC plan to catch activity early.
